Air, home care and cleaning recycling

Please note: This stream has recently been overhauled. Please disregard what used to be in it - especially trigger head bottles - below is what we now accept.

We accept the following air, home care and cleaning packaging for recycling:

• Plastic air freshener containers
• Plastic air freshener cartridge caps
• Plastic air fresheners (except electric plug-ins)
• Flexible wipe packaging used for home cleaning
• Flexible laundry washing capsules and pods packaging
• Flexible dishwasher tablets packaging
• Tinted fabric conditioner bottles and caps
• Tinted rigid plastic tubs used for home cleaning

There is a minimum shipment of 3kg for air, home care and cleaning packaging and a maximum of 10kg per parcel.

Please either drop your empties off at the BTRS shop at No 31, Otley Road, Headingely, Leeds, LS6 1AA if you're local, take a look at our different drop-off points throughout the UK here if you're further afield, or email recycling@elliesfund.com to get hold of a free postage label.

All brands are accepted

We do not accept:

• Aerosols
• Glass air freshener cartridges
• Transparent plastic bottles and caps
• Caps from home cleaning and dishwashing products
• Flexible plastic packaging not used for dishwasher tablets as well as washing capsules and pods
• Flexible wipe packaging not used for home cleaning (such as baby and beauty wipes packaging)
