Land's End to John O'Groats cycle challenge raises £2,500 for BTRS

A big well done to David Wiggins and Pete Forster on completing their epic Land’s End to John O’Groats cycle challenge
Not only have David and Pete cycled almost 1000 miles over the last two weeks, but they have raised a staggering £2,550 for BTRS!
To mark his 60th birthday later this year, David and his friend Pete Forster decided to take on the Land’s End to John O’Groats challenge. To help keep them going along the route, they aimed to raise at least £1,000 for BTRS.
David said 'Two years ago my wonderful big sister, Joan, died of an aggressive brain tumour at the age of just 67. She'd beaten two other cancers and somehow managed to keep smiling through this new battle, but the brain tumour robbed her and our family and friends of a precious life.'
This incredible challenge in memory of Joan far exceeded their fundraising target and I’m sure you’ll all agree they have done fantastically well with both their cycling and brilliant fundraising. Well done guys!! What a great finishing photo.
